The principal consultant

Research discipline, engineering judgment, and product reality in one practice.

ComingTechs is led by Dr. Mashiur Rahman, Ph.D. Every engagement is direct, technical, and grounded in work that has already been shipped under real-world constraints.

Mashiur Rahman, Ph.D.

Founder, ComingTechs

Engineering Manager at Omron Healthcare. Singapore-based. Works across English and Japanese environments.

The background

A physicist who builds things that ship.

I started in research: biosensors, neuroscience instrumentation, measurement systems, and multidisciplinary technical work that forced clear thinking under uncertainty. That discipline later carried into engineering management, digital health ventures, and regulated AI delivery.

ComingTechs exists because some problems need both scientific rigor and shipping instinct. The work sits where AI, compliance, product, and cross-cultural execution meet.

Consulting approach

Four principles shape every engagement.

01

Direct access, always

Every engagement is personally led. No associate layer and no context handoff after the first conversation.

02

Measurement before conclusion

Recommendations are shaped by evidence, failure analysis, and operating reality rather than theatre.

03

Honest about fit

If the problem is not a strong fit, the answer will be direct and early.

04

Outcomes, not outputs

The deliverable only matters if it changes a decision, a team, or a shipping path.

Work together

If the background fits the challenge, start with a call.

The fastest way to test fit is a direct conversation about your current constraint and what progress should look like.
